The trick is that
If your account balance is low and your all the channels are cut then just press and hold the 'RED' button on the colour buttons. Hold it until the 'YELLOW' colour of the STB changes into 'RED'.
Now it will refresh the channels.

After that just change to Star Utsav. Amazingly, it will work.
